Sites needed for quality supported housing

Updated: Nov 2, 2022

Hexagon Partnership, an independent provider of high-quality, specialised supported housing, is actively looking for freehold or long leasehold sites in a variety of locations across England, in particular across the Midlands and East of England.

Green and brownfield sites will be considered and need to be capable of achieving (or already have) planning consent for C3 residential use. Introductory fees payable where that leads to an acquisition:

  • Minimum site size: 0.3 acres, but preferably at least 0.5 acres. Larger sites also considered.

  • Sites need to be close to local amenities including supermarket or convenience store and local shops.

  • Good public transport links and access to community and leisure facilities.

  • Town centre and well-connected suburban centres preferred.

Led by Managing Director, Alastair Gourlay, Hexagon Partnership recently launched a programme of quality, bespoke housing. Each specific element of the design is carefully considered so as to best meet individual needs, enabling them to live independently in a home for life. The Partnership brings together an expert and experienced senior management team and the financial strength of gbpartnerships; market leaders in the development, investment and operational management of health and social care facilities.
