Hexagon Partnership, a specialist developer of high-quality social supported housing schemes for adults with learning and / or physical disabilities is actively looking for freehold or long leasehold sites in a variety of locations across Norfolk.

Green and brownfield sites will be considered and need to be capable of achieving (or already have) planning consent for C3 residential use. Introductory fees payable where that leads to an acquisition.

  • Minimum site size 0.3 to 0.5 acres. Larger sites also considered.

  • Close to local amenities including supermarket or convenience store and local shops, public transport links and community and leisure facilities.

  • Town centre and well-connected suburban centres preferred; however rural locations considered.

  • We can help housebuilders satisfy Section 106 obligations for Care, Supported Housing or Affordable Housing requirements.
