Managing the input of Hexagon’s multi-disciplinary design and construction team to deliver a world class development.

Paul Ferry - Chairman
Paul has extensive experience operating in the public/private arena’s, and understands what it takes to establish and grow first class sustainable businesses.
Having established a very successful start-up within the FTSE 250 business Mitie, Paul has guided gbpartnerships through a challenging but successful period of growth and change.
He will continue to bring this experience to the fore in helping the Hexagon management team during these exciting times.

Nick Smith - Senior Development Manager

Jonathan Edwards - Development Director
B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS
Jonathan is chartered surveyor with over 30 year’s development experience. His early career was focused on retail development working for ARC Properties and Boots Properties.
He subsequently formed the Property Division for marine engineers Cathelco Group where they developed a mixed portfolio of residential, retail parks, student accommodation, hotel and commercial property.
Jonathan subsequently joined Morgan Sindall Investments to manage their hugely ambitious Southampton Waterfront proposal, a fantastic concept for which a Development Agreement was signed before it was sold on. He stayed with Morgan Sindall to work on their Slough Urban Renewal platform which continues to produce community facilities, residential and hotel developments transforming the built environment in the borough.
